A relationship more than two decades in the making
Masterline has acquired National Construction & Repair Company Incorporated, known as NCRC. The transaction brings together two companies with a working relationship that reaches back to the beginning of Masterline’s story.
More than 20 years ago, NCRC founder Dave Marabella gave Masterline an early opportunity. NCRC became Masterline’s first customer. Dave and Masterline owner Mike Yslava continued doing business together for decades, building a relationship grounded in trust and completed work. Members of the next generation grew up around that relationship. Some of Tim Yslava’s earliest memories are of visiting Dave’s job sites with his father.
The acquisition is therefore more than a growth milestone. It is a full-circle moment: one of the relationships that helped Masterline begin is helping define where the company goes next.

A stronger operating platform
NCRC brings a long operating history and the ability to coordinate facilities work across all 50 states. Masterline brings substantial self-performing field capacity in its core Southwest markets, including a major in-house commercial plumbing division, trained field teams, branded vehicles, company-owned equipment, and a growing facilities operation.
The organization is also supported by MasterlineIQ, Masterline’s proprietary AI-powered operating system. It connects customer communications, work orders, dispatch, field execution, financial context, and governed automation in one operating layer. People remain responsible for important decisions while technology helps the team move faster, see more clearly, and serve more consistently.
What stays the same—and what gets stronger
NCRC remains the same legal entity. Existing NCRC agreements and service relationships remain in place. Customers can continue to use the NCRC channels they already know.
Behind those familiar relationships is now a broader base of support: additional people, a self-performing service organization, deep plumbing capability, stronger operating systems, and nationwide coordination. Masterline will protect the trust NCRC has earned while giving the business more tools to serve its customers for the long term.
Built for the next generation
Masterline is family-owned, built from the trades, and managed for durability rather than a quick exit. NCRC adds national reach and decades of customer knowledge to that foundation. Masterline adds the field capacity, systems, and next-generation leadership needed to carry the work forward.
Together, the companies form a stronger facilities platform: local execution where Masterline self-performs, nationwide reach through NCRC, and technology designed around the realities of service work.
